Words from the Summit

VERIFIED SUMMIT // KY2 & DZO JONGO

The discipline and calmness of the ex-army leaders changed everything. When the weather turned on our descent, there was zero panic. Just clear, decisive action. The safest I’ve ever felt on a mountain.

Rohan D.Kang Yatse Twin-Summit Expedition
VERIFIED SUMMIT // 7,077M APEX

Mount Kun is a beast, but the logistical support was unreal. Everything from the acclimatization schedule to the fixed ropes ran like a military operation—because it basically was one. Absolute professionals.

VERIFIED SUMMIT // -30°C WINTER DEPLOYMENT

They pushed me to my limits but never past my safety threshold. The medical protocols and base camp setup are lightyears ahead of standard commercial operators. I won’t climb with anyone else.

SAFETY & LOGISTICS // THE TACTICAL ADVANTAGE

Safety & Logistics: The Tactical Advantage

In commercial mountaineering, passion is common. Precision is rare. Founded by ex-army high-altitude warfare specialists, our entire operational framework is built on zero-margin-for-error military protocols across five core pillars.

PILLAR 011:2 / 1:3 RATIO

Elite Leadership & Decision Making

Former army officers trained in tactical mountain operations make objective, unemotional decisions regarding weather, turnaround times, and team health with zero summit fever. Supported by IMF-certified Sherpas and Sirdars.

Military Command Structure • IMF Certified
PILLAR 02DAILY TELEMETRY

Medical Protocols with SpO2 & Gamow Bag

Mandatory twice-daily SpO2 and resting heart rate monitoring log AMS markers early. WFR trauma-certified leaders maintain a Portable Altitude Chamber (Gamow Bag) and tactical emergency medical oxygen cylinders on all 6,000m+ climbs.

SpO2 Pulse Oximetry • Gamow Hyperbaric Chamber
PILLAR 03FORWARD OUTPOSTS

Flawless Base Camp Logistics

Base camps operate as tactical forward outposts with extreme-weather geodesic domes, chef-prepared nutrition, and high-camp military dehydrated rations. Enforced “climb high, sleep low” acclimatization pacing protects climber adaptation.

Geodesic Domes • Tactical Nutrition Pacing
PILLAR 04CLOSED-LOOP

Unbreakable Communications

Redundant satellite uplinks (Thuraya/Iridium) with scheduled daily check-ins to Leh HQ for micro-meteorological forecasts. Lead, sweep, and base camps are linked continuously via tactical VHF radio networks.

Iridium Satellite Uplink • VHF Radio Net
PILLAR 05CASEVAC READY

Emergency Evacuation (Casevac)

Pre-mapped helicopter landing zones (LZ) along the route with direct priority coordination with Leh aviation and heli-rescue operators. Rigorous self-rescue protocols including crevasse extraction if weather grounds flights.

Pre-Mapped LZs • High-Altitude Heli Comms
CRITICAL FIELD PROTOCOLS

The Non-Negotiable Turnaround Rules

RULE 01
13:00 Turnaround Hard Lock

Descent commences at 13:00 regardless of proximity to summit. Zero summit fever. The mountain will be here tomorrow; you must be as well.

RULE 02
Resting SpO2 > 75% Gate

Climbers must achieve resting pulse oximetry above 75% at High Camp before receiving summit push clearance from lead instructors.

RULE 03
Gamow Bag & Medical O2

Every deployment maintains an operational Gamow hyperbaric bag and emergency medical oxygen cylinder staged at Advance Base Camp.

RULE 04
Leh 48-Hour Station Lock

No climber leaves Leh (3,500m) without at least 48 to 72 hours of gradual acclimatization, boot fit sign-off, and resting health checks.
